Names, phone numbers, email and addresses of senders and receivers; parcel details; payment references; device and usage data from our website and app.

2. How we use it

To pick up and deliver shipments, send status updates, process payments and COD, prevent fraud, resolve claims and improve our services.

3. Sharing

Only with delivery partners, payment gateways, customs authorities for international shipments and regulators where the law requires. We never sell personal data.

4. Retention & security

Shipment records are kept for 8 years for tax and legal purposes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your account data, or withdraw marketing consent, by writing to us. We respond within 30 days, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

6. Cookie Policy
