Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms apply to all bookings made on quickship.akontec.in, the Akon Quickship app, API or through our agents.

2. Shipper responsibilities

You confirm the contents are accurately declared, properly packed and not prohibited. Incorrect weight or dimensions may be re-billed after re-weighing.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are calculated at booking based on zone and chargeable weight, plus fuel surcharge and GST. COD amounts are remitted as per your plan.

4. Liability

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to ₹5,000 per shipment, or the declared value up to ₹50,000 where Secure Shipment was purchased.

5. Claims

Damage claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and loss claims within 30 days of booking, with supporting evidence.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
